Metoda de tratament al deformaţiei de valgus a porţiunii proximale a femurului. MD 257 din 25.08.10.

The invention relates to medicine, in particular traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for the treatment of valgus deformation of the femur proximal part in children. Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out in the preoperative period the radiologic investigation to determine the angle between the femoral neck and and its diaphysis, then it is determined the required angle to eliminate the deformation. It is performed an incision of the skin of 2 - 3 cm on the lateral part of the thigh, there are moved aside the muscles to the bone, in the intertrochanteric region is removed the periosteum and by means of osteotome is performed the transverse wedge osteotomy of 2/3 of the femur diameter with the base directed toward the lateral side of the femur, then there are performed manipulations of the formation of the required angle between the femoral neck and its diaphysis up to the removal of deformation. In the osteotomic is introduced a prepared bone auto- or alograft. The bone is fixed on the lateral side by means of a plate bent at the formed angle and its fixed with the help of screws to the femoral neck and to its diaphysis, and then the wound is sutured in layers.

Dispozitiv pentru tratament deformărilor scoliotice ale coloanei vertebrale la copii. MD 77 30.09.09.

The invention refers to the medical engineering, in particular to the medical equipment used in traumatology and orthopedics for treating the scoliotic deformation of vertebral column.
Summary of the invention consists in that the device for treatment of vertebral column scoliotic deformation includes two parallel guide rods, on which there are installed vertebra fixation elements and rod tightening elements. Each rod tightening element includes a tightening stud with threaded ends, the middle portion of which is made of hexagonal form, on one end it is made the left thread, and on the opposite end the right thread, fixing the rods by means of connecting nodes. Each vertebra fixation element consists of a screw with head of cylindrical form, on the lateral side of which it is made a scallop for fixation to the rod, the screw head is made with an end part with thread of a smaller diameter, wherein it is made a slot, the screw is also equipped with a cylindrical insert, wherein there are made two scallops on its lower edge at an angle of 45° with its axis and a nut at the end portion of the screw head for insert clipping, at the same time the vertebra fixation elements are made with the possibility of sliding on the rods.

The invention refers to medicine, particularly orthopedics and vertebrology and can be used for treating dysplastic processes of the lumbar and sacral regions of vertebral column to children.
Summary of the invention consists in that it is intramuscularly administered in the paravertebral regions Traumel S, 2.2 ml daily, Zeel P, 2.2 ml in a day and Discus Compositum, 2.2 ml in a day, it is also carried out distraction of the vertebral column and the manual therapy every day. The distraction is carried out in the patient’s dorsal decubitus on a detensor, equipped with cross ribs, oriented in the upper part towards the cephalic part, and in the lower part towards the caudal part, during 45 min, twice a day. The manual therapy consists of two stages, in the first stage there are made movements for relaxation of muscles and tendons of the lumbosacral region towards the zones with functional disorders, during inspiration, and in the second stage - mobilization movements of the vertebral column, which are made during 45 min. The treatment course constitutes 10 days.

The invention refers to the medical equipment, particularly to an orthopedic device used for correction of scoliotic deformations of the vertebral column. Summary of the invention consists in that the device comprises an extension screw (1) with threaded ends, the middle part is made in the form of hexagon (4), on one end it is made the left thread (2) and on the opposite end the right thread (3), on the threaded ends there is screwed a nut (5), to which it is rigidly fixed a hook (6). The extension screw can be made with a diameter of 4…8 mm.

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to neurosurgery, vertebrology, traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for treating patients with dysplasias of intervertebral disks.
Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out the radiologic examination for establishment of angle between the longitudinal axis of vertebra and the longitudinal axis of pedicle of vertebra, then it is carried out the surgical intervention in the patient’s ventricumbent position with a rotation of 20…30o is dorsal decubitus on opposite side and in the paravertebral region is made a transverse incision for access to one intervertebral disk or an incision in the form of semicircle for access to more than one disks. It is made the incision of fascia of superficial muscles of back, there are displaced aside the superficial and profound muscles of back, without their incision and it is determined the site of the corresponding pedicle of vertebra, it is mobilized and depending on the established angle, there is introduced through it into the intervebral disk a screw, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the earlier prepared implant. The screw is introduced along the longitudinal axis of the pedicle at an angle of 5…20o with respect to the longitudinal axis of vertebra and directed with the point upward at an angle of 10o about the longitudinal axis of pedicle, then it is carried out the intraoperative control radiologic examination for establishing the direction of the screw, afterwards the screw is removed, and into the formed channel is introduced the implant. Then the wound is sutured in layers. The implant may be of bony material, titanium or of ceramics.

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to neurosurgery, vertebrology, traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for treating dysplasias of intervertebral disks to children. Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out the surgical intervention in the patent’s ventricumbent position with a rotation of 20…30o in dorsal decubitus on opposite side, then in the paravertebral region is made a transverse incision.
It is made the incision of fascia of superficial muscles of back, there are displaced aside the superficial and profound muscles of back, without their incision and it is determined the site of the affected disk, then, after its mobilization on both sides from ligaments, it is introduced through the affected disk in its posterior part in transverse plane a device of titanium, consisted of two plates joined between them in the form of T, the plate of a greater length has a thickness of 4…6 mm, its free end having a cutting edge.
At the ends of the other plate it is made a through hole. After the introduction of the device, the free end of the plate of a greater length is cut at vertebral body level, and with the help of the through holes of said plate the device is screwed to the vertebral bodies. Afterwards the wound is sutured in layers.
